Job Descriptions
-Communicate with clients and oversea agents regarding export shipments
-Communicate with carriers for booking and vessel arrangement.
-Monitor shipments and provide proactive updates to customers on the status of cargo.
-Work with sales, operations, and documentation teams to ensure accurate and timely shipment processing.
-Handle service issues, complaints, and emergencies with professionalism.
-Other tasks as assigned by manager
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields
- New graduate candidates are welcome
- Experience in sea or air freight export in Freight forwarder business would be advantage
- Knowledge of export documentation, Incoterms
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
- Good command of English
- Basic knowledge of MS word and Excel
- Service Mind, Proactive, Positive thinking, good interpersonal communication skills
- Candidate who can start immediately will be preferred
