Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and Expand Key Account Relationships
Strengthen relationships with existing key account customers (restaurant chains, supermarkets, cinemas, etc.) to support their expansion.
Increase penetration in existing accounts by securing more branches/stores.
Develop New Key Accounts
Identify and develop relationships with new key account customers.

Sales Team Leadership and Development
Effectively manage and motivate the sales consultant teams to achieve rapid sales growth.
Develop and enhance the sales team's skills and professionalism to meet objectives.
Strategic Sales Development
Create and implement sales strategies, tools, and approaches to achieve growth targets.
Personally lead efforts to acquire new key accounts, opening doors for the sales team.
