We’re looking for a sharp, bilingual Assistant Director to help lead our growth with insight, agility, and confidence. You will support senior leadership in driving business development, working directly with high-value Chinese clients and coordinating investment deals across Phuket. This is a key position for someone with real estate experience who’s ready to transition into strategic operations and leadership. Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Real Estate, or any field that sharpens your mind
HSK 5 or above (Mandarin Chinese) — must be able to speak and read fluently
English fluency; Thai is a plus
Sharp thinker, fast learner, detail-oriented, and digitally savvy
