Job Descriptions
JOB PURPOSE:
Maintain and manage machinery, equipment, and systems to ensure they are ready for use and at maximum efficiency, with the aim of reducing machine downtime, increasing work safety, and controlling maintenance costs.
JOB PURPOSE:
• Prepare preventive maintenance plans and scheduled maintenance to prevent problems and extend the life of machinery and equipment.
• Repair or replace damaged or worn parts such as engines, motors, transmission systems, brake systems, electrical systems, etc.
• Use various analytical tools and testing equipment to detect the cause of problems with vehicles.
• Manage and control spare parts stock, purchase new parts when necessary, and coordinate with vendors or maintenance service providers.
• Analyze recurring problems, suggest improvements, and develop new maintenance systems or procedures.
• Check the quality of maintenance work, comply with safety regulations, and educate users.
• Check various safety systems of trucks such as brake systems, electrical systems, seat belts, etc. to ensure safe use of vehicles.
• Record maintenance and maintenance data in the system.
• Provide advice and training to users on how to use and maintain vehicles.
• Strictly comply with work safety regulations and maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the work area and tools.
Qualifications
- Educational qualification: Vocational Certificate or Higher Vocational Certificate in Automotive, Mechanics, Engines, Engineering or related fields
- Experience in car maintenance
- Knowledge and understanding of various vehicle systems
- Ability to use various tools and equipment to maintain vehicles
- Attention to detail and meticulousness
- Ability to solve immediate problems
