Job Descriptions
**Able to work 6 days a week (Monday - Saturday)
1. Develop, optimize, and improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality, and safety.
2. Identify and implement continuous process improvements to reduce costs, minimize waste, and increase efficiency.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new processes, technologies, and equipment effectively.
4. Monitor and analyze process data, identify trends, and propose data-driven solutions for ongoing improvement.
5. Conduct process capability studies, statistical analysis, and decision-making to meet production targets and operational excellence.
6. Ensure all process engineering activities comply with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Process Engineer.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of process optimization, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and statistical analysis techniques.
- Proficient in process analysis, modeling, statistical tools, and simulation software.
- Familiar with process safety, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance.
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management and task prioritization skills.
