Job Descriptions
Plan and execute marketing campaigns for property sales, rentals, and management services (condominiums, houses, and office spaces).
Create content for social media platforms, websites, and online advertising (in English and Thai).
Coordinate with graphic designers and the sales team to produce promotional materials and property listings.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing strategies based on analytics.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support marketing decisions.
Support event coordination such as open houses, property showcases, and promotional activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (mandatory).
- Proficient in social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar design tools is a plus.
- Creative mindset, strong attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
