Job Descriptions

Tasks and Responsibilities • Manage the maintenance plan for device under warranty and service contract • Maintain and Analyze install base and define the focus product and area and implement to service contract business strategy • Cooperate with FSEs on the offering, renew and follow up service contract to customer • Provide pricing and delivery information for service contract • Provide the annually service contract report of devices under contract • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments • Manage customer satisfaction for service received

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
At least 2-3 years working experience in install base management and maintenance planning
Able to communicate in Thai and Basic English
Able to communicate in Thai and Basic English Software: Able to use Excel and Word as well as internet and email. Knowledge in Navision
