Job Descriptions

Responsible for designing, developing, and delivering soft skills training for employees in the retail business, such as sales skills, communication, customer service, problem-solving, teamwork, and basic leadership, with the goal of enhancing service quality and creating a positive customer experience. • Design & Develop Training Programs: Create and deliver soft skills training (e.g., sales, communication, customer service, teamwork, leadership) and develop core learning programs with updated content and materials. • Training Planning & Management: Conduct training needs analysis (TNA), prepare annual training plans, manage training projects and budget control. • Evaluation & Improvement: Assess training effectiveness, follow up on post-training results, and improve service standards based on customer feedback. • Knowledge & People Development: Manage internal knowledge resources, apply development tools, and serve as an internal trainer. • Partner & Compliance Management: Coordinate with training partners, handle documentation with government agencies, and support other assigned tasks.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, Education, Communication, or related fields
At least 3 years’ experience in soft skills training (preferably in retail)
Strong facilitation and presentation skills, able to use various training tools
Knowledge of project management, curriculum design, and competency
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Good English communication skills
Experience in the service industry (e.g., 5-star hotels) is a plus.
Positive service mindset and passion for people development.
