Roles and Responsibilities: - Responsible for Sales Targets, Ensure merchandise, Store Standards and Service Level to Customers. - Works with Area Manager to develop and maximize the sales team's revenue potential. - Implement and maintain customer loyalty programs. - Maintain Store cleanliness and tidiness all the time and ensure merchandising and Store standards under her/his responsibility, to achieve the company's objective. - Ensure the store's visual presentation aligns with brand standards. - Conduct on the job trainings and give proper product trainings/knowledge and lead the floor staff in achieving sales and other store target.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
At least 3 years of working experience as Assistant Assistant Manager/Store Manager Level in Sales Store, preferably from Retail industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fair in English communication.
