1. Business Process Analysis & AI Integration • Find Opportunities: Assist in analyzing current workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. • Support AI Solutions: Help design and implement AI-powered tools that automate tasks, reduce costs, and enhance quality. • Collaborate: Work with teams across the company to understand their challenges and contribute to designing new, optimized ways of working. • Prepare the Case: Help create business plans for improvement projects by gathering data and projecting potential impact. 2. Support AI Implementation & Team Enablement • Assist with Rollouts: Support the launch of new AI tools and technologies throughout the business. • Guide Change: Help employees understand and adapt to new systems and processes. • Provide Support: Assist in creating training materials and provide support to teams using new AI tools. • Ensure Responsibility: Learn and apply our standards for ethical AI and data privacy. 3. Contribute to Strategy & Innovation • Stay Current: Keep up with emerging AI trends and share interesting applications with the team. • Contribute to the Roadmap: Provide input for the long-term strategy on how we can use AI to meet our goals. • Partner with Tech Teams: Work with our IT and data experts to ensure we have the right data and tools for our projects.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Computer or industrial Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
1-2 years of experience in a role related to business process improvement, operations, analysis, or consulting.
Demonstrated interest or project experience related to AI concepts and tools is a strong plus.
A foundational understanding of how businesses operate.
A genuine passion for AI, technology and using it to solve real-world business problems.
Familiarity with basic process improvement concepts.
The ability to communicate ideas clearly.
Strong teamwork and organizational skills.
