Job Descriptions
1.Performs installation of equipment and systems, and also supervises installation and assembly work conducted to the team and external vendors.
2.Maintains equipment and systems and is expected to conduct testing of equipment and systems independently
3.First person to investigate equipment and system failures to determine the cause and repair work required.
4.Manage the upkeep of systems that provide energy and utilities to the manufacturing facility, perform checks and rectify disruptions in energy supply.
5.Specialized technical knowledge of equipment and systems within the manufacturing facility and supports the innovation of equipment, systems and controls in the manufacturing facility.
6.Apply Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Health, Safety and Environment regulations while carrying out his duties.
7.Available to work on a shift to provide consistent technical support within the manufacturing facility.
8.Have an analytical mind and enjoy exploring solutions to problems independently.
9.Possesses the intuition to step up to guide and supervise his team and interact with others to provide support across teams.
Qualifications
- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขา Mechanic หรือ Mechatronic, วิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า, วิศวกรรมเครื่องกล, หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานวิศวกรรมจากโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมชีวภาพ หรือผลิตผลิตภัณฑ์อื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น อาหาร, สารชีวภาพอื่นๆ ด้วยกระบวนการหมักแบบอาหารเหลว (Submerged fermentation) หรือการวิศวกรรมถังปฏิกรณ์ชีวภาพ ไม่ต่ำกว่า 3 ปี
- มีความเข้าใจ และสามารถปฏิบัติงานในการดำเนินการผลิตโดยใช้เทคโนโลยีกระบวนการหมักแบบอาหารเหลวแบบต่างๆ ได้แก่ การหมักแบบกะ (batch fermentation) การหมักแบบกึ่งกะ (fed-batch fermentation) และการหมักแบบต่อเนื่อง (continuous fermentation)
- มีความคิดริเริ่ม
- สามารถวิเคราะห์และแก้ปัญหาได้อย่างเป็นระบบ
- สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้ดี
- มีทักษะในการทำงานกับระบบการทำงานแบบอัตโนมัติและระบบควบคุมการทำงานของเครื่องมือเครื่องจักรได้
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดัน มีความอดทน ยืดหยุ่น แก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้อย่างดี
- มีความสามารถในการใช้งานเครื่องมือสืบค้น (Basic search engines)
- มีความสามารถในการสื่อสารโดยใช้ภาษาอังกฤษ (จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- มีความสามารถในการเชื่อมโลหะ (จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- มีความสามารถในการเขียน และใช้งานระบบ Programable Logic Control (จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- มีความเข้าใจในการทำงานแบบ PDCA / LeanSixSigma
- สามารถทำงาน 6 วันต่อสัปดาห์ได้
- สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้
- มีใบขับขี่และพาหนะ สำหรับใช้ในการเดินทางมาทำงานได้
