Job Descriptions- Assist the sales team in handling customer inquiries and coordinate with the finance department to fulfill order requirements.
- Maintain customer records and regularly update sales data and customer feedback.
- Promote and provide training for the project business platform system and Midea Club system.
- Organize product materials and certifications.
- Prepare quotations and proposals.
- Collect and compile outstanding engineering case studies.
- Complete ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications - Minimum 1 year of experience in sales support or administrative assistance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, Word) with basic data analysis skills.
- Strong communication skills; proficiency in Chinese is preferred.
- Detail-oriented, able to multitask efficiently, and adaptable to work pressure.
