Job Descriptions
1.ควบคุมและตรวจสอบกระบวนการผลิตให้เป็นไปตามแผนการผลิตและมาตรฐานคุณภาพ
2.วิเคราะห์ปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในกระบวนการผลิตและหาแนวทางแก้ไขอย่างเป็นระบบ
3.ปรับปรุงและพัฒนากระบวนการผลิตอย่างต่อเนื่อง เช่น ลดของเสีย ลดเวลาการผลิต
4.จัดทำและควบคุมเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการผลิต เช่น WI , SOP และเอกสาร ISO
5.สนับสนุนการดำเนินกิจกรรมด้านระบบคุณภาพและความปลอดภัย เช่น 5ส,Safety,Kaizen
Qualifications
- เพศชาย
- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี วิศวกรรมศาสตร์ และสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงาน 1-3 ปี
- มีความรู้ด้านการวิเคราะห์และปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิต เช่น Lean, Kaizen, 5ส หรือ Time Study
- สามารถอ่านแบบ เขียนแบบทางวิศวกรรมได้ รวมถึงมีความเข้าใจพื้นฐานเครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์ในการผลิต
- มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์ปัญหาและแก้ไขอย่างเป็นระบบ เช่น Root Cause Analysis หรือ Fishbone Diagram
- ทำงานวันจันทร์ - เสาร์
