Job Descriptions
- Present qualify of mortgage registration company, manage outsourcing and contract includes control service quality of company according to standard.
- Manage and monitor processing of mortgage registration company at government site/department.
- Manage and control, receive and distribute work for mortgage registration company includes external freelance (if any).
- Collect and reimburse collateral documents.
- Manage and follow up 'blue-book' pledged by client when be borrow to extend annual tax by customer at bank policy and procedure.
- Deliver collateral document to customer after fully redemption.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Business or related field.
- At least 1 years of relevantly experience in banking operation.
- Proficiently in MS Office (Word / Excel / Power point).
- Knowledge of Banking Operation.
- Problem Solving and Decision Making Skill.
- Good Communication Skill.
