Job Descriptions
Responsible for Non Motor Claim Recovery and the company litigation cases either a plaintiff or a defendant and ensure all lawsuits are process efficiency and comply with the company standard, laws and regulations to minimize company exposure and maximize company advantage.
Responsibilities :
1. Coordinate with external counsel in litigations and other legal proceeding for all non motor lawsuits.
2. Coordinate with external law firm, other insurance companies, and reinsurance companies.
3. Provide advice on various litigation cases, both in terms of insurance cases, motor claims and non motor claims litigation process.
4. Provide legal opinions to various departments within the company.
5. Coordinate with external and internal as assigned Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Age 30 to 45, male or female.
- Minimum of Bachelor degree in law or any related field.
- Have a lawyer's license.
- Have experience in conducting court proceedings for not less than 5 years, especially in insurance cases, will be given special consideration.
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in law or legal area for Non-life Insurance.
- Good Command in English & Computer literacy.
- Good personality and communication skills.
- Knowledge hard working and willingness to learn.
