We’re looking for a detail-oriented and positive-minded Administration Executive to support our operations in basic accounting, office administration, and HR coordination, working closely under the CFO.
Key Responsibilities
•Handle basic bookkeeping and petty cash
•Prepare financial documents for submission
•Coordinate with outsourced accounting firm
•Issue invoices, receipts, and tax documents
•Input accounting data into the company’s application
•Visit the bank for company transactions
Office Administration:
•Manage office supplies and inventory
•Handle mail, post office errands, and courier services
•Coordinate with building management
•Book restaurants, flights, and hotels for executives and staff
•Prepare internal documents for C-level signatures
•Provide general admin support to the CFO
HR Support:
•Record staff attendance through the Human OS system
Location: Bangkok
Work Hours: Monday–Friday (8.30 -17.30)
