BGAC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Engineer specializing in After-Sales Service for Air Conditioning Systems. If you have over 5 years of hands-on experience with unit-specific AC service, a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction, and are willing to travel internationally, we want to hear from you!
Qualifications
- Gender: Male
- Age: Not exceeding 35 years old
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Service Engineer or Technician in After-Sales Service for air conditioning systems, with a strong focus on unit-specific service.
- Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with various types of air conditioning systems (AHU,FCU,CDU for commercial, VRV/VRF, Chillers, industrial refrigeration systems), including their operational principles, unit-specific troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to address technical challenges effectively and promptly.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members; possesses a strong Service Mind.
- Work Ethic: Highly proactive, responsible, honest, and able to perform well under pressure.
- Ability to travel for on-site service calls (both domestically and internationally) to serve clients.
- Possession of an electrical installation license or professional engineering license will be highly regarded.
