Job Descriptions
1.Merchandise Planning - Develop merchandise plans, including sales, margin, and inventory targets. 2.Sales & Inventory Analysis - Monitor sales performance, stock levels, and sell-through rates. - Identify fast- and slow-moving SKUs and take appropriate action. 3.Assortment & Range Planning - Work with Brand teams to build optimal product assortments for each season and location/channel. 4.Inventory Optimization - Ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing overstock and stock-outs. - Support product allocation and replenishment strategies. 5.Reporting & Insights - Deliver regular reports and insights on key metrics (Turnover, Sell-through). 6.Process & Systems Improvement - Improve planning processes and leverage systems/tools to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
  1. Male / Female (Thai Nationality)
  2. Age 28 - 40 years old
  3. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  4. At least 5+ years of experience in merchandise planning, demand planning, or inventory management.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel/Google Sheets capabilities; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
  6. Familiarity with ERP or planning systems (e.g., SAP)
  7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally.
  8. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  9. Experience in retail, FMCG, or related industries is strongly preferred.
