Job Descriptions
(A) DOORS Software Proficiency Requirements
1. Competent in executing requirement management tasks for tenders and projects in accordance with global Requirements Management (RM) processes and methodologies; capable of providing support and training on RM processes, methodologies, and tools (DOORS).
2. Able to consistently implement Customer Communication Management (CCM) processes across project stakeholders, manage project configurations, and ensure effective change control and documentation.
3 Capable of independently delivering high-quality deliverables and services by ensuring accuracy, consistency, and traceability of outcomes.
4. Proficient in managing the requirements database and assisting engineers and other scope leads in requirement management tasks, while providing timely status updates.
(B) Verification and Validation (V&V) Expertise Requirements
1. Able to independently review all documentation related to V&V, perform verification activities specified in the V&V plan, and prepare requirement verification matrices.
2. Capable of formulating internal test plans and specifications in accordance with contractual requirements, and coordinating externally conducted testing activities.
3. Able to independently apply a broad range of interdisciplinary knowledge to meet client requirements within the contractual scope.
4. Capable of leading or participating in technical discussions with clients, closely collaborating with the Safety Assurance Manager and Project Manager to handle regulatory verifications and develop project testing strategies.
5. Serve as the primary liaison for V&V quality and safety reviews, coordinating both internal and external audit activities.

- Possess a proactive and responsible work ethic, coupled with strong team collaboration skills;
- Demonstrate excellent English communication abilities and a strong capacity for learning, with a willingness to comply with leadership directives;
- Hold extensive experience in engineering project management, with proficient command of DOORS software and a solid foundation in Verification and Validation (V&V), detailed as follows:
