Job Descriptions
Job Description for Sales Associate Position •Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accurate records of interactions. •Prepare sales materials, quotations, and presentations as needed. •Gradually take on sales targets under the MD’s mentorship. •Participate in client meetings (virtual/in-person) to observe and learn negotiation techniques. •Follow up on leads and close deals independently as skills develop. •Liaise between the sales team, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth operations. •Track sales performance and provide weekly reports to the MD. •Relay customer feedback to improve products/services. •Research local market trends and competitor activities. •Suggest innovative strategies to enhance sales outreach. •Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues promptly. •Process and track sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Qualifications
  1. Minimum (2) years experience in related fields.
  2. Preference will be given to candidates residing near Samut Prakan
  3. Proficiency skill with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,….).
  4. Excellent communication skill in English
  5. Able to submit daily reports based on weekly tasks
  6. Excellent problem solving and communication skill.
  7. High level of ethics, integrity, discretion, and confidentially.
