Job Descriptions
Key Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally • Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth service execution • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers • Prepare documents such as Job Orders, Tariffs, Reports, SOPs, and Customer Advisories • Support customer visits and meetings as assigned • Monitor service progress and ensure timely delivery • Improve customer satisfaction and handle any service-related issues • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  2. 2–3 years of experience in customer service
  3. Good English communication and email writing skills
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office
  5. Strong coordination, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  6. Service-minded, positive attitude, and a good team player
