Job DescriptionsKey Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth service execution
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers
• Prepare documents such as Job Orders, Tariffs, Reports, SOPs, and Customer Advisories
• Support customer visits and meetings as assigned
• Monitor service progress and ensure timely delivery
• Improve customer satisfaction and handle any service-related issues
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
