Job Descriptions
Key Responsibilities Brand Identity and Visual Direction - Ensure consistent and localized brand execution across digital, print, packaging, and in-store channels - Develop and maintain brand design systems for cross-platform application Campaign Creative and Concept Development - Lead creative development for campaign visuals from concept to execution - Design 360° marketing materials across ATL, BTL, digital, CRM, and in-store - Create illustrations, infographics, and social media graphics Print and Production - Prepare artwork files for print (CMYK or Pantone formats) - Coordinate with vendors for POSM, signage, and packaging production - Support photoshoots and videoshoots to ensure visual quality and consistency Digital Tools and AI Integration - Utilize tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and AI-based software (e.g., Photoshop’s Generative Fill) - Apply AI and modern tools to streamline workflow and enhance productivity Cross-functional Collaboration - Work with marketing, growth, and content teams to deliver integrated campaigns - Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas - Adapt creative output based on feedback and evolving project goals
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Communication Arts, or related field
  2. 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce, FMCG, QSR, or creative agencies
  3. Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
  4. Bonus: Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing tools
