หน้าที่และรายละเอียดของงาน
- Monitor daily tasks on the company’s channels
- Conduct tool research to enhance daily operations and efficiency
- Conduct research and develop training materials and knowledge-sharing content for the - Operations and Customer Support team for both instructor-led and self-learning modes
- Assist in training sessions and assessments for the Operations and Customer Support team through face-to-face and virtual training methods
- Maintain and update training materials and records in a timely manner to ensure accuracy and accessibility
- Stay updated with developments in training and related content by reading relevant journals, and attending meetings and relevant courses
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Fluency in English and Thai, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in instructional design, training development, and facilitation preferred
- Strong critical thinking and listening skills, with attention to detail and the ability to generate new ideas to improve processes
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build partnerships across teams and collaborate effectively
- Good time management and multitasking abilities, with a proactive, enthusiastic, and innovative approach to work
- Open to continuous learning and the development of new skills
- Interested in cryptocurrency, Web3, or with experience in content creation is a plus
