Job Descriptions

1. Prepare, review, archive, and transmit overseas export customs and clearance documents, including Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, etc. 2. Develop daily pickup plans based on pre-shipping information provided by the headquarters' designated freight forwarder, coordinate loading and dispatch operations at the factory and storage yard, and oversee cargo delivery to the port for vessel loading. 3. Facilitate cross-departmental communication and coordination with order management, warehouse, production planning, quality inspection, and other relevant teams to ensure timely shipments. 4. Monitor and identify logistics risks; track and report in-transit logistics updates; handle customs clearance, cargo receipt confirmation, and related matters. 5. Organize and review shipment records and logistics expenses, and assist in resolving other logistics-related exceptions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in International Trade, Logistics, or a related field; proficient in English (Chinese proficiency is a plus).
Under 35 years of age; minimum 2 years of international logistics experience (may be relaxed for candidates with a master’s degree or higher).
Basic knowledge of statistics and finance; proficient in ERP, TMS, or SAP systems; familiar with logistics operations and international trade processes.
Strong written communication skills, capable of drafting official documents, contracts, and policy guidelines.
Hardworking, with excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills; strong teamwork and professionalism.
Prior logistics experience in a manufacturing company is preferred.
