Job Descriptions
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Quality Assistant to support our quality assurance processes and act as a key liaison between clients and production teams. The Quality Assistant will help ensure compliance with industry standards, particularly ISO 9001, assist with audits, and follow up on calibration and metrology tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, fluent in English, and has hands-on experience in quality systems and calibration.
Key Responsibilities:
· Serve as the primary contact between customers and the production team regarding quality-related matters.
· Assist in implementing and maintaining quality control procedures.
· Support ISO 9001 compliance efforts and help coordinate internal and external audits.
· Document and track non-conformities, customer feedback, and corrective actions.
· Follow up on equipment calibration and metrology activities.
· Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
· Maintain quality documentation and ensure traceability of records.
· Collaborate with production, engineering, and sales teams to ensure customer requirements are met.

Working Conditions:

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Previous experience in a quality assurance or manufacturing support role.
- Understanding of ISO 9001 standards and audit processes.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Experience with calibration and metrology procedures.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with quality tools and documentation systems.
