Job Descriptions
1.Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.
2.Prepare quotations, sales orders, and other sales-related documents.
3.Coordinate with internal departments (such as logistics, finance, and warehouse) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
4.Communicate with customers to confirm orders, provide product information, and follow up on delivery schedules.
5.Maintain accurate records of sales data, customer information, and reports in the system (e.g., CRM or ERP).
6.Assist in preparing monthly sales reports, forecast data, and customer feedback.
7.Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with the accounting department when needed.
8.Support the sales team during trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
9.Handle other duties as assigned by the sales team or management.
Qualifications
- Male or Female, age 27-32 Years old
- Bachelor's degree any related fields.
- Experience in Sales support
- Able to communication with customers
- Able to issue Quotes & follow up to close sales from quotes
- Experience in reporting sales vs target
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
