MFD Precision กำลังรับสมัครวิศวกร/ช่างเทคนิค CNC สำหรับเครื่องกลึงและเครื่องกลึงอัตโนมัติ คุณจะได้ทำงานกับเครื่องจักรต่างๆ เช่น Citizen A20, Tsugami BM16, Star SB20 เป็นต้น
- เขียน gcode/mcode สำหรับระบบควบคุมของ Fanuc
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับเครื่องมือและชิ้นส่วนแทรก
- สามารถตั้งค่าเครื่องจักร (ชิ้นส่วนปัจจุบัน) ได้
- กำหนดขนาดออฟเซ็ตเพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าการผลิตจะราบรื่น
- วิเคราะห์ปัญหาและหาสาเหตุของการคัดแยก
MFD Precision is hiring CNC Engineer/technician for turning, auto lathe machine. You will be working on machines like Citizen A20, Tsugami BM16, Star SB20 etc.
- Write gcode/mcode for fanuc control
- Knowledge of tooling and inserts
- Able to setting machine (current parts)
- Offset dimension to ensure production is smooth
- Analyze problem and find cause of reject
Qualifications
- การเขียนโปรแกรม gcode/mcode สำหรับการควบคุม FANUC Writing gcode/mcode program for FANUC control
- มีประสบการณ์ในการใช้เครื่องกลึงอัตโนมัติ (CINCOM A20, STAR SB16 เป็นต้น) Experience in autolathe turning machine (CINCOM A20, STAR SB16 etc)
- สามารถตั้งค่าเครื่องจักรได้ (ชิ้นส่วนปัจจุบันและ/หรือชิ้นส่วนใหม่) Able to setting machine (current run parts and/or new part)
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับเครื่องมือและเม็ดมีด
