Job Descriptions
1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive inventory of machinery. Create and manage schedules for Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Major Shutdown Maintenance. 2. Perform general maintenance based on Work Orders and respond to breakdown incidents. 3. Effectively manage general maintenance tasks to meet objectives and timelines. 4. Analyze root causes, implement preventative measures, and repair all damaged components to prevent recurring breakdowns. Ensure rapid restoration of machinery. 5. Accurately record maintenance data in the documentation system and present insights into maintenance-related issues. 6. Maintain precise and complete historical maintenance records in compliance with the ISO system for the maintenance department. 7. Possess a strong understanding of 5S, Kaizen, and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) principles. 8. Capable of overseeing and managing project-related tasks.
Qualifications
  1. 25 years or older and have completed military service.
  2. Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  3. Possess a Professional Engineering License (ใบ กว. ภาคีวิศวกรรม).
  4. Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Chief Engineer.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office, SketchUp, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD 3D.
  6. Strong communication and leadership skills.
  7. Able to work effectively under pressure.
  8. Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English.
