Qualifications
- Age 40-49 years.
- Female
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields, additional qualifications will be an advantage.
- At least 10 years of experience in the HR role / managerial role
- At least 5 years’ direct experience in HR & GA activities in manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge in Labor law
- compose oneself/ Developing and implementing HR strategies and systems/
- Coordinating/ Assist and advise team management on human resources issues
- communication skills/ Strong leadership/ Don't be self-centered or overly confident.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Computer literate, hard working, good interpersonal skills and a team worker.
- Knowledge in BOI and ISO 14001
- Knowledge in payroll program.
- Those with experience working in HR/GA in a full-cycle manner will be given special consideration.
- Able to work well under pressure.
