Job Descriptions

1. Plan, control and ensure product and process quality to meet customer requirements and manufacturing environment in accordance with business system and quality principle. 2. Work with Engineering and Manufacturing team for production to handle non-conforming material, process control parameter, root cause analysis and error proofing. 3. Be representative for QE to communicate with customers on quality matters. 4. Drive product DPPM improvement, process control, outgoing audit program, problem prevention. 5. Conduct employee business system and quality training in line with ISO standard and requirements. 6. Line monitor and analyze data to assess product and process for product quality improvement programs 7. Conduct periodic quality system audit and process audits to ensure conformance to existing procedure. 8. Support the organizational goals in achieving customer satisfaction. 9. Follow up take corrective and improvement while problem occurred and control 4M change as requirement 10. Identifying and developing QA/QC

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or any related field
Working experience in SMT Surface Mounting Technology or Electronics field 3-5 years
English Skill at Good Level
Computer Skill at Intermediate Level (Ms. Office)
Used to training about Product Safety Certification, chem SHEPPA, RoHS, Quality Standard System, QC Tools
Good communication skill both Thai & English
็Have a good knowledge of electronics production process, and quality management
Have knowledge and understanding ISO9001/2000 and ISO 14001:2004
Have knowledge of IATF16949 requirement
Have a good knowledge of Quality function, electronics core tools, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA or FMEA
Candidates with training in hazardous substance restriction (e.g., RoHS) in electronics will be given special consideration.
