Job Descriptions
- Find Importer / Distributor from abroad - Online: Find by using program / email / existing customers who have added What's App, WeChat / leads from DITP and others that can be found - Offline: - - Find customers by setting up booths both domestically and internationally / Business Matching and others - Find Importer / Distributor in the country - Online: Find from various import-export groups - Offline: Find from booths in various countries - Contact Shipping / Freight forwarder to handle customs clearance from the country and all transportation procedures from the factory to the destination country. - Prepare all documents for international shipping such as INV / PKL / SPP / Invoice / Bill of Lading / BL / and other necessary information. - Prepare all documents for international shipping such as INV / PKL / SPP / Invoice / Bill of Lading / BL / and other necessary information. - Prepare documents for international presentations such as Presentation / Catalog / Brochure, etc. - Make a certification document in Thailand, export version, in English. - Prepare import documents for each country and sales documents for each country, such as GACC / CIQ / TM / CPR / FDA, etc. - Accept the terms and conditions and contact the relevant department to proceed with the customer's order, such as changing the bottle type / changing the label / changing the formula. - Developing business abroad, such as international marketing / offline marketing for that country / online marketing for that country / contacting Marketing Agencies in each country / contacting KOLs in each country. - Traveling abroad to set up booths / to develop business with customers / to build good relationships with customers and importers - Establish good relationships for continuous orders with each country's Importer/Distributor.
