Job Descriptions
•Fix, coordinate and facilitate trouble shooting mechanical components to maintain production run/output target in responsible shift.
•Ensuring a proper diagnostic of mechanical problems, repair and restart of production machineries of the area of responsibility in case of breakdowns.
•Maintain and update mechanical PM plans/ tool changeover issues to meet department KPIs and performances.
•Ensuring Environment, Safety and Health requirement fulfillment in responsibility.
•Identifying, analyzing and insuring the implementation of potential mechanical improvements on area production machineries in cooperation with other.
•Maintaining an update mechanical documentation in the area (Auto CAD plans, mechanical, pneumatical, hydraulic drawing, etc.)
•Maintain daily 5S and housekeeping in workplaces.
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส. สาขา อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ยานยนต์ อุตสาหกรรม หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ช่างไฟฟ้าด้านซ่อมบำรุงโรงงานอย่างน้อย 3 ปี
- มีประสบการด้านการดูแลรักษา ซ่อมบำรุง เครื่องจักร
- สามารถทำงานตามโครงการที่ได้รับมอบหมายได้รวมถึงติดต่อสื่อสารเพื่อนร่วมงานและ suppliers ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- สามารถซ่อมบำรุงเครื่องปั๊ม แอร์คอมเพรสเซอร์ เครื่องปรับอากาศ AUH ได้
- มีทักษะการแก้ปัญหาและปฏิบัติงานตามคำสั่งได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีความสามารถในการซ่อมบำรุงแม่พิมพ์และเครื่องมืออุปกรณ์ต่างๆ
- สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้ (2 กะ)
- สามารถ พูด อ่าน เขียน ภาษาอังกฤษขั้นพื้นฐานได้
- สามารถเดินทางมาทำงานเองได้ (บริษัทไม่มีรถรับส่ง)
- สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้
