Job DescriptionsROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
●Responsible for the daily F&B operations that prepared all ingredients for serve food and drinks menu
●Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area
●Ensure that the kitchen equipment are ready to use such as knives, pans
●Monitor food stock and place orders
●Responsible for making sure all coolers that have food items are properly labeled and dated.
●Identity customers’ needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
●Study each recipe and gather all necessary ingredients
●Experiment with recipes and suggest new ingredients
Qualifications - Bachelor degree in food science and technology or related filed.
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards
- Required to speak and read English any other language a plus.
- Knowledge of basic computer programs
- Service mind
- Good personality and Good Attitude
- High responsibility
- Able to work with under pressure
- Work as a team
