Job Descriptions
•Be the 1st contact supporting end users in basic installing, connecting and accessing IT network and escalating unresolved tickets of the IT incident management process. •IT Helpdesk support Hardware, Application, Network of company including branch assignment •Collaborate with BIT Team to solve problem effectively in timely manner efficient. •Installation on Client Application Software/ Operating systems / Software and make sure it legalized •Support IT equipment hardware •Support Wireless Access Register log & Document •Support Internet Access Authenticate Log •Support Internet/Wan Access & mail Status •Support Security Monitoring •Monitoring and maintaining computer systems, networks and IT operation procedure •Should be able to troubleshoot IT systems such as operating systems, Desktops, Laptops and networking •Coordinate with hardware/ software service provider related problems of desktop, laptop, printer, anti-virus software and related technology equipment •Create users on domain related email account granted, shared folders & network drive mapping, network authorization •Providing support, including instructions to the users and or documentation •Prioritizing and managing several open cases at one time •Manage local IT Helpdesk services partner for all IT General Security Control and processes are in place according to company standards and reviews periodically to prevent any violations.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related fields
  2. 5 years' experience in an IT Support
  3. Demonstrated strong IT helpdesk support skills in applying techniques to close issue and monitoring
  4. Proven hands-on experience in network, hardware and software according business case architecture
  5. Young & Energetic with Strong attention to detail and quality/accuracy of deliverables, preferring outcomes over outputs.
  6. Exceptional written, verbal and presentation communication skills, Thai and English
