Job Descriptions
• Strategic Engagement & Commercial Alignment - Identify and engage corporate partners aligned with Go Beyond Dreams' mission. - Assess client CSR/ESG goals and translate them into actionable community initiatives. - Align corporate success metrics with community and environmental needs. • Needs Assessment & Program Design - Conduct thorough needs assessments for communities and environmental contexts. - Match corporate capabilities with community opportunities to maximize shared value. - Lead the design and planning of custom programs that are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with SDG frameworks. • Program Execution & Management - Oversee launch and implementation of community initiatives. - Manage cross-functional teams, partners, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. - Optimize program execution through continuous feedback and monitoring. • Monitoring, Reporting & Impact Storytelling - Track and evaluate social, environmental, and economic outcomes. - Deliver transparent, data-driven impact reporting tailored to CSR and ESG standards. - Create compelling storytelling content to communicate outcomes internally and externally. • Sustainable Partnership Development - Build and nurture long-term partnerships across corporate, nonprofit, and government sectors. - Identify opportunities for strategic growth and cross-sector collaboration. - Ensure sustainable value creation for both corporate partners and beneficiary communities.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Social Development, Sustainability, Public Policy, or a related field
  2. Proven experience (5+ years) in CSR, ESG strategy, sustainability, commercial partnerships, or social impact program management
  3. Strong understanding of sustainability frameworks such as SDGs, ESG reporting, B-Corp, and GRI
  4. Experience designing and managing complex cross-sector programs
  5. Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  6. Ability to analyze data, assess impact, and communicate results clearly
  7. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for social innovation and community development
  8. Fully proficient in written and oral Thai and English language
  9. Familiarity with impact measurement methodologies such as Theory of Change and SROI
  10. Experience working in both corporate and community-focused environments
  11. Background in business development, consulting, nonprofit leadership, or social enterprise
