Job Descriptions
(1)BROAD SCOPE: LD Operation: 90%, Billing: 10% •Manage and control truck to do the job operation to achieve KPI target. •Support New Biz for CS centres •Coordinate with LSP vendor •Update timing of truck activity, record in cello program and making KPI monthly report (2)ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES: •Update truck status to continue in daily activity. •Check detail of job, Import-Ticket, Export-Booking confirm including delivery date. •Be a contact person and handle trucker. •Checking document concern before collection to billing team. •Monitor truck service on time, reduce customer complaint. •Other to job assignment (3)Any other job duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS: •Able to use Microsoft office Word, Excel, Power point skill and application •Understand the transportation and find the solution to improve transport. •Understanding with transportation costs. •Knowledgeable and able to check the details with failure from LSP or error.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics and Business Administration or financial
  2. Good communication in English both writing and speaking
  3. Excellent interpersonal, collaboration skills and positive perspective
  4. Minimum of 1 years’ direct experience in a Logistics / Transportation Service
  5. Solve specific problems very well.
  6. Excellent communication and people skills.
  7. Critical thinking and fast learner with document details.
  8. Ability to manage and follow up the document in time
