Job Descriptions1. Develop and implement overall digital marketing and brand communication strategies to support short- and long-term business goals.
2. Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, TikTok, etc.
3. Monitor and analyze campaign performance and customer behavior using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms.
4. Manage and optimize marketing and media budgets to ensure maximum ROI and campaign efficiency (ROAS, CPA, CPL).
5. Collaborate with content, creative, and production teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and visuals across all channels.
6. Oversee brand communications to ensure accuracy, alignment with brand identity, and consistency across both online and offline media.
7. Coordinate with internal teams such as PR, CRM, Sales, and Product teams, as well as with external marketing partners and agencies.
8. Lead and develop the digital marketing and MarComm team, providing strategic direction, coaching, and performance evaluation.
9. Stay up-to-date with market trends, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation in marketing strategies.
10. Prepare and present reports on campaign performance and key insights to senior management, along with strategic recommendations.
