Job Descriptions
- Analyze current processes to identify areas for improvement and implement efficiency and cost-saving measures.
- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment to ensure smooth production operations.
- Identify and address production issues promptly, providing technical solutions to resolve problems.
- Review and optimize the use of materials and production processes to achieve cost reductions
- Plan the development of machinery and equipment
- Prepare plans for training
- Other duties assigned by management
Qualifications
- Experience as Production Engineer or Production in manufacturing industry
- Can commute by themselves
- Working experience in Japanese manufacturing company
- Working with the Aluminium die casting process
- Can speak Japanese or English well
