Job Descriptions
•To organize production according to demand and quality standards. •To ensure our goods are produced on time for distribution in a profitable manner. •Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products •Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay •To coordinate with other departments to monitor the Production planning status (Material supply and availability, Production outputs, Machine situation, Quality results). •Ensure current and accuracy of data in the ERP systems. •Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand •Assign workers and other staff to particular production operations •Schedule shift according to production needs •Monitor jobs in the system and on production shopfloor to ensure they will finish on time in line with the working hours quota •Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption •Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.) •Prepare and submit status and performance reports •Manage quality documents ISO:13485:2016 •Prepare and follow up information to record section KPI •Other duties as assigned by direct supervisor.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field.
  2. At least 5 years of working experience in Production Planning role from manufacturing environment.
  3. Good command in English.
  4. Able to work on Saturday.
