Job DescriptionsSummary :
Assist the QA manager in managing and handling the QA system and the QA department. The ideal candidate is the key person to drive the QA team to support the operation of the company and grow the company’s future business.
Job Responsibilities :
1.Control and maintain the Quality Assurance (QA) system in compliance with customer requirements and international quality standards such as IATF 16949 and ISO 9001.
2.Lead and supervise the QA/QC team in quality inspection, issue control, and effective implementation of corrective actions.
3.Oversee all quality inspection processes, including incoming, in-process, and final product inspections.
4.Manage quality activities related to new product introduction (NPI), design changes, new tooling transfers, and change management processes.
5.Coordinate with customers to handle complaints and claims, and drive effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
6.Support and coordinate internal and external audits, and ensure timely and effective audit follow-ups.
7.Monitor and analyze quality KPIs to initiate and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
8.Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and customers to ensure product quality during new product development (NPD).
9.Manage, coach, and develop the QA team to enhance technical expertise, quality mindset, and problem-solving capabilities.
