Summary :
Assist the Production manager in managing and handling the production activity. The ideal candidate is the key person to drive the Production team to support the operation of the company and
grow the company’s future business.
Responsibilities :
1.Manage and control plastic injection production lines to achieve production targets and meet delivery schedules.
2.Monitor and improve production efficiency, minimize material waste, and control manufacturing costs.
3.Ensure all production processes comply with the company’s Quality Management System (QMS).
4.Coordinate closely with planning, maintenance, and quality assurance teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
5.Supervise manpower planning, manage shift schedules, and provide on-the-job training and coaching to production staff.
6.Analyze production data to identify issues and implement effective corrective and improvement actions.
7.Support new product introduction (NPI), sample production, and trial runs as required.
8.Prepare for and support internal and external audits, including timely follow-up on corrective actions.
9.Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Age : 30-40 , Gender : Male
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or related Engineering field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production management within plastic injection and automotive industries.
- Strong understanding of plastic molding processes, Molds, and quality control.
- Strong understanding of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and problem-solving tools (5Why, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, TPM).
- Strong leadership and team management skills across multiple levels.
- Excellent planning, communication, and decision-making abilities.
- Good command of English, Japanese language skills will be considered an advantage.
