1.Supervise and oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including manpower planning, interview coordination, selection approval, and onboarding monitoring.
2.Verify and manage payroll and employee benefits, ensuring accuracy in salary calculation, tax, and social security in compliance with company policies.
3.Plan and supervise employee relations activities, ensuring positive engagement, resolving HR-related issues, and maintaining strong communication across departments.
4.Coordinate workforce planning and organizational structure updates, including review and approval of job descriptions and internal promotion planning.
5.Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies, and act as a key contact for HR policy communication and labor law updates.
6.Oversee the company’s training & development programs, including annual training plans, training provider coordination, and post-training evaluations.
7.Monitor and support Visa & Work Permit documentation, including 90-day reporting for foreign employees, ensuring timely and lawful compliance.
8.Supervise administrative operations and office management, including travel arrangements, housekeeping staff, internal communications, and office upkeep.
9.Control HR departmental budgets and cost efficiency, ensuring spending aligns with approved plans and proposing cost-effective improvements.
10.Prepare and lead HR readiness for internal and external audits, ensuring documentation, records, and HR practices are audit-compliant and continuously improved.
