Job Descriptions

- Translate corporate documents, technical manuals, contracts, etc., between **Chinese and Thai**. - Provide **on-site interpretation** for business meetings and client negotiations. - Ensure translations comply with industry terminology and company standards. - Proofread and review translations for accuracy when required. - Assist in **email/message communication** with Thai clients or suppliers. - Meticulous and detail-oriented with a strong sensitivity to language nuances. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. - Strong teamwork skills to collaborate across departments.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Linguistics, Translation, Thai/Chinese Studies, or related fields.
Exceptional language proficiency (non-degree holders with professional certification or extensive experience may be considered).
**Chinese**: Native or near-native proficiency (certification such as HSK 6 preferred).
Strong understanding of **Chinese-Thai cultural differences** to avoid mistranslations.
2+ years of professional translation experience (corporate documents, contracts, technical manuals, marketing materials, etc.).
Experience in electronics, manufacturing, legal, or business translation is a plus.
Accurate **Chinese-Thai bidirectional written translation** (documents, manuals, reports, etc.).
Strong **interpretation skills** (meetings, business negotiations, on-site support, etc.).
Familiarity with **industry-specific terminology** (e.g., electronics, legal, trade).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CAT tools (Trados, MemoQ, etc.).
Cross-cultural communication** skills to prevent culturally inappropriate translations.
Fluent in Chinese and Thai with 3+ years of professional translation experience.
