หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ | Responsibilities
We’re looking for a great team member who has strong English communication skills and brings great energy and positive vibes to our lively workspace.
- จัดการธุรกรรมของลูกค้าที่เคาน์เตอร์ รวมถึงการดำเนินการชำระเงิน ออกใบเสร็จ และการจัดการเงินสด
Manage customer transactions at the cash register, including processing payments, issuing receipts, and handling cash.

Greet customers warmly, answer their questions, and provide information about menu items and promotions.

Assist in taking food and beverage orders from customers and accurately entering them into the system.

Qualifications
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานเป็นแคชเชียร์และ/หรือพนักงานเสิร์ฟ อย่างน้อย 1 ปี Previous experience as a cashier and/or waiter/waitress is required (minimum 1 year).
- ทักษะการสื่อสารระหว่างบุคคลดี และสามารถให้บริการลูกค้าได้อย่างยอดเยี่ยม Strong interpersonal skills and ability to provide excellent customer service.
- สามารถจัดการธุรกรรมเงินสดได้อย่างถูกต้องและมีประสิทธิภาพ Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- ยืดหยุ่นในการสลับบทบาทระหว่างแคชเชียร์และพนักงานเสิร์ฟตามความจำเป็น Flexibility to switch between cashier and serving duties as needed.
- มีทัศนคติที่ดี พร้อมทำงานร่วมกับทีม และส่งมอบพลังงานเชิงบวกให้กับเพื่อนร่วมงานและลูกค้า Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team while spreading positive energy.
- บุคลิกภาพกระตือรือร้น เข้ากับคนง่าย มีความเป็นมิตร (เหมาะกับคนที่มีลักษณะ ENFP / ENTP) Energetic, extroverted, and engaging personality (ENFP/ENTP style preferred).

- ต้องมีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษในระดับกลาง (Intermediate English required)
