Key Responsibilities / หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบหลัก
• Engage with guests during their visit to ensure a warm, smooth, and memorable experience
ดูแลและพูดคุยกับลูกค้าในระหว่างที่ใช้บริการ เพื่อให้ได้รับประสบการณ์ที่ดีและน่าประทับใจ
• Collect guest feedback through conversation, surveys, or follow-up messages
รวบรวมความคิดเห็นของลูกค้าผ่านการพูดคุย แบบสอบถาม หรือข้อความติดตามผล
• Coordinate with service, kitchen, and management teams to solve any issues promptly

• Monitor and report trends in guest satisfaction, compliments, and complaints

Qualifications
- Female preferred เพศหญิงจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or hospitality มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานบริการหรืองานโรงแรมอย่างน้อย 1 ปี
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills มีทักษะด้านมนุษยสัมพันธ์และการสื่อสารที่ดี
- Able to speak intermediate English; Japanese or Chinese is a plus สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษในระดับกลางได้ (หากพูดภาษาญี่ปุ่นหรือจีนได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
