Key Responsibilities / หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบหลัก
• Prepare high-quality coffee, espresso-based drinks, and other beverages with consistency and care
ชงกาแฟ เครื่องดื่มต่าง ๆ ให้มีคุณภาพและรสชาติสม่ำเสมอ
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, equipment, and tools
ดูแลความสะอาดและความเป็นระเบียบของบริเวณบาร์และอุปกรณ์ต่าง ๆ
• Provide friendly and professional service to all customers

• Support in opening/closing procedures, stock checking, and restocking

• Learn and understand the menu, ingredients, and brewing techniques

• Work closely with the team to create a smooth and efficient workflow

Qualifications
- Female preferred เพศหญิงจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- Intermediate English required (listening and speaking) ต้องมีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษระดับกลาง (ฟังและพูดได้)
- Passion for coffee and customer service มีใจรักในกาแฟและงานบริการ
- Experience in barista work is a plus; training provided for assistant role มีประสบการณ์บาริสต้าจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ (หากไม่มี มีการฝึกอบรมให้ในตำแหน่งผู้ช่วย)
- Basic understanding of coffee equipment and hygiene standards มีความเข้าใจพื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับอุปกรณ์กาแฟและมาตรฐานสุขอนามัย
- Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn มีทัศนคติที่ดี ทำงานเป็นทีม และพร้อมเรียนรู้
