Job Descriptions
Job Responsibilities:
1. Organize personnel to complete production and delivery on time, with quality and quantity according to the production plan.
2. Coordinate personnel reasonably, manage production sites, and improve production efficiency.
3. Regularly report production conditions and improvement measures to senior management.
4. Have feedback and suggestions on problems arising from the product.
Recruitment Requirements:
1. Be proficient in Chinese communication prefer or in English.
2. Junior college degree or above, related majors, or related professional backgrounds in mechatronics.
3. More than 5 years of experience in manufacturing management-related work.
4. Have received training in production operation management, lean production management, and other aspects
5. Familiar with the ISO9001 management system, proficient in using office software, and familiar with the seven major methods of QC.
6. Highly agree with the company's core values, strong sense of responsibility, strong principle, and calm and dedicated nature.
