Job Descriptions
1. PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT 1) Management the employee performance evaluation system using appropriate tools or standards. 2) Goal/ Target setting: Set the Objective and Key (KOR.) Results or Key Performance Indicator (KPI.) to be used as a criterion for measuring performance 3) Providing Feedback: Organizing meetings between Managers and Employees to provide feedback on development. 2. HR ANALYTICS & DATA MANAGEMENT 1) Collecting various data related to employees, such as employment, resignation, or evaluation results. 2) Using HR Analytics to Assess and Predict Employee-Related Trends 3) Using collected data to create reports that assist in decision making. 3. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS 1) Process monthly payroll, overtime, bonuses, and allowances. 2) Administer employee benefits (e.g., Social security, Group Insurance, Incentives) 3) Ensure compliance with tax and legal deductions 4) Maintain accurate time attendance and leave records 5) Develop and review salary structure and compensation policies. 6) Handle provident Fund, Employee Welfare Fund, and Group Insurance 4.EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT & RELATIONS 1) Foster positive employee relations and a productive work environment 2) Handle employee complaints, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution 3) Conduct workplace investigations and maintain legal compliance. 4) Organize employee engagement activities and internal communication. 5) Liaise with labor officers and other external bodies. 5. HR ADMINISTRATION 1) Maintain accurate employee records and personal files 2) Handle employee documents such as contracts, certificates, and letters 3) Mange attendance, leave records, and HR reporting 4) Administer social security registrations and employee entries / exits. 5) Provide administrative support and respond to employee HR inquiries.
Qualifications
  1. Male/ Female, Age between 35-40 years.
  2. ฺBachelor's Degree or Higher in Human Resources management, Administration management, Political or Related Fields.
  3. Minimum 3 years experiences of Human Resources Management functions in Manufacturing or logistics industry.
  4. Strong knowledge of Thai Labor law and HR Best Practices
  5. Have knowledge in Payroll System (B-Plus System is preferable)
  6. Have effective communication and presentation skill
  7. Good english communication
  8. Strength of data analysis and presentation skill
  9. PDPA. knowledge is Needed
  10. Have knowledge in ISO:9001
  11. Able to used in MS.Office
  12. Special Skills for "B-PLUS SYSTEM IS PREFERABLE"
