Job Descriptions
What to do: Promotion of Russian products in shops, mini-markets, cafes, restaurants and hotels in Bangkok and Pattaya. Search for new customers, conclusion of contracts and expansion of the customer base. Regular visits to retail outlets (along the route), control of the availability and display of products. Tastings and promotions (if necessary). Negotiations, control of receivables. Collection of information on competitors, prices, demand. Preparation of reports on the work done. Interaction with Thai employees and logisticians (if necessary).
Qualifications
- Experience in FMCG, preferably in the chocolate/confectionery category - from 2 years, preferably with work with international brands.
- Negotiation and sales skills: ability to negotiate listing, promotion and promotions, knowledge of the main KPIs (shelf share, rotation, sell-out).
- Experience with HORECA and specialized stores (cafes, coffee shops, premium confectioneries).
- Basic knowledge of merchandising and trade marketing - how to post, which POS materials work better
- Result orientation - implementation of KPI for sales and merchandising.
- Communication skills and ability to work with Thais (knowledge of local business etiquette).
- Presentable appearance/ Confidence and perseverance.
