Job Descriptions
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring
- Coordinate with departments to fulfill manpower needs
- Handle onboarding, employment contracts, and probation tracking
HR Administration
- Maintain accurate employee records and personal files
- Oversee visa and work permit processes
- Coordinate medical check-ups and social security registration
- Compensation & Benefits
- Support payroll calculations and verify outsourced payroll
Communicate changes in welfare and benefits
- Resolve compensation-related issues
- Employee Relations & Legal Compliance
- Ensure HR practices comply with Thai labor laws
- Act as liaison with legal teams on labor matters
- Support performance evaluations and disciplinary actions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 2 years of HR experience
- Good command in Chinese
- Good interpersonal
- Good communication and presentation
- Problem solving ability
